In the early morning of July 12, 2025, a fire destroyed a large part of the new mosque of Piera, in Barcelona, just before its official inauguration. Although there were no victims, the damage to the building has been devastating.

This mosque represented a collective dream: a place of prayer, learning, unity, and hope for the local Muslim community. Today, that dream needs your help to be reborn.

Subhan Allah, this sad incident has also become a unique opportunity for the community: to raise enough funds not only to repair the damage, but also to acquire the adjacent land and build a grand mosque that meets all current and future needs, in shaa Allah.

🤲 A Sadaqa Jariya with Eternal Reward

Contributing to the reconstruction of a mosque is a sadaqa jariya, a continuous charity that continues to reward even after death. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said:

"When a human being dies, all their deeds come to an end except three: a continuous charity, beneficial knowledge, or a righteous child who prays for them."
(Sahih Muslim)

🎯 Our Goal: €100,000

This campaign aims to raise €100,000 to cover the damage caused by the fire, repair the infrastructure, and once again open this sacred space for the community.
Funds are being collected through multiple channels, and in shaa Allah, together we can reach the goal.
