Update: Due to the great success of the campaign and to, God willing, give the opportunity to those who could not participate in the first and second well, the project has been expanded to 4 wells, God willing.

Sadaqa jariya, is a form of charity that continues to bring blessings both in this life and in the akhira as long as it benefits someone.

As our beloved Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said; "When a person dies, all their good deeds come to an end except three: continuous charity (Sadaqa jariya), knowledge that benefits others, and a righteous child who prays for them." Sahih Muslim.

This sadaqa can be given in your own name, or on behalf of a loved one whether alive or deceased, or even for the entire Ummah! SubhanAllah. In this way, you will be benefiting yourself, the loved one on whose behalf you give, and the vulnerable person who benefits from the project.

And what is the best way to give sadaqa?

From Saad Ibn Saad whose mother died and he said; "O Messenger of Allah, my mother has died. Can I give charity on her behalf?"

The Messenger of Allah said: "Yes"

He said: "What is the best charity?"

The Messenger of Allah said: "Giving water to drink"

We encourage you to participate in the construction of a well in the remote areas of Africa, so that any person, animal, and living being can benefit from something as vital as water, thus benefiting our Ummah in this life and also reaping rewards for yourself in the future, In sha Allah.
