This is an operation for a 2-year-old girl living in Morocco, diagnosed with severe bilateral Peters’ syndrome, requiring a highly complex corneal surgery and prolonged post-operative medical follow-up.

The treatment has been proposed by Hospital Sant Joan de Déu, specialized in highly complex pediatric cases.

Initially, we were given an estimated budget of €20,000. However, after a more thorough evaluation of the case, the total cost of the treatment has been updated to €54,000 due to the complexity of the surgery and the necessary medical care afterwards.

We need your help to complete the treatment

We currently have €20,000 raised, but we still need to collect €34,000 to fully cover the treatment and ensure the surgery and medical follow-up for the child.

This operation is crucial for her future and can make a significant difference in her development and quality of life.
