Dear brothers and sisters,

Behind every number are faces, eyes, and situations that break the heart.

Today, bi'idhnillāh, we turn to you with the hope of bringing our hearts and efforts together in goodness (al-khayr) to support a family of five in Zaragoza who are going through one of the most difficult moments of their lives.

Imagine the anguish of not knowing whether you will have a roof over your head tomorrow or how you will provide the basic necessities for your child. This is a heartbreaking reality.

This is the situation they are facing today:

• A roof at risk: They are living in temporary accommodation, facing the constant anxiety of possible eviction and a lack of stability.
• No financial support network: Following the end of the temporary assistance provided by social services, the family has been left without support to cover their most basic essential needs.
• A priority that cannot wait: Among them is a little boy who is only 3 years old. The most urgent and unsustainable situation at this moment is their inability to secure his most basic necessities: food, diapers, and basic hygiene products.

No mother or father should have to experience the despair of being unable to feed or protect their child. But together, we can change this story.

The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ reminded us of the immense reward of empathy and solidarity:

“Whoever relieves a believer of a hardship in this world, Allah ﷻ will relieve him of a hardship on the Day of Judgment.”

(Hadith, Muslim)

Today, your contribution, no matter how small it may seem to you, is not merely material help: it is bringing peace of mind back to a home, bringing a smile to a child, and becoming a direct answer to this family's du‘ā'.
