Israa Khalil is a 9-year-old girl born deaf in a disadvantaged family in Morocco. With effort, they managed to finance a cochlear implant when she was young. However, recently, in a medical review, it was discovered that the implant no longer works and she needs a new intervention. The cost of this process is 70000 dhs.
