The largest offensive against Gaza since May 2021




Once again, Gaza is under multiple attacks, killing men, women, the elderly and children.

For 14 years, Gaza has lived in a state of total isolation, siege and recurrent waves of wars and attacks against the population and their property, which left a severe impact on physical infrastructure, livelihoods and psychological and social well-being. of the population

Lack of the most basic needs
By itself, Gaza suffers from very complex humanitarian conditions in the absence of basic elements with:

Acute water scarcity, of which, if available, only 3% is safe for human consumption.

Electricity is available for a maximum of only four hours per day. While the health system is on the brink of collapse, many of its resources are severely damaged after recurrent attacks, often bombed and destroyed.

The facts on the ground are horrible considering the following:
  • 52٪ shortage of basic medicines.
  • 62٪ shortage of anticancer drugs.
  • 60% shortage of laboratory and blood bank equipment.
  • 50% shortage of medical and disposable supplies.
  • There are only 1.2 beds for every 1,000 patients.
  • There are only 40 ICU beds.
Apart from the attacks, the occupation is imposing a state of isolation and collective punishment in Gaza, which has a great impact on the economic situation.

  • 80% of citizens depend on aid.
  • 32% of citizens below the extreme poverty line.
  • 46% is the unemployment rate among citizens.
  • The occupation closes the sea, not allowing fishermen to fish.
  • Citizens' farms and lands are destroyed.
  • Fuel is not allowed to enter Gaza, as well as construction materials and any other material that could contribute to improving the economic and humanitarian conditions of citizens.
