Let's build an Islamic center in Seville

Since 2009, the Dos Hermanas Mosque in Dos Hermanas, Seville, has been a home of faith, learning, and support for the Muslim community. We hold Jumu'ah prayers in both Spanish and Arabic, organize Tarawih during Ramadan, offer classes for children twice a week at four levels (Arabic, Qur'an, and Islamic fundamentals), and support families during difficult times, including funeral arrangements. Today, we are taking a decisive step: we want to move from renting to owning our own space. This is not just a purchase; it's about securing a stable place where the community can grow without uncertainty, with ample and dignified space for everyone. Why do we need our own space? To guarantee continuity for the mosque and its activities. To create a suitable space for women with privacy and comfort. Promote activities for young people, strengthening their identity and connection to the mosque. Expand classes, workshops, and training with classrooms and multipurpose spaces. The project: We want to acquire a two-story building, 250 m² per floor, to create: Prayer area for men. Prayer area for women. Classrooms for children and adults. Spaces for workshops and community activities. Financial objective: Total goal: €300,000, including acquisition and renovations. Acquisition: €230,000. Purchase agreement with the seller: Deposit already paid, €5,000. Next payment, €100,000 in April 2026. Remaining amount, €50,000 per year as agreed. During the process, rent of €1,000 per month. Current status: €70,000 has already been raised and the deposit paid. This project is not supported by a single person, but by the community. Many brothers and sisters are dedicating their time and resources, making fundraising trips, traveling from city to city, speaking with families and business owners, and striving to ensure this opportunity is not lost. Now we need each person to contribute according to their ability and their desire for success in the Afterlife. Sometimes a small amount, given sincerely, is worth more than a large amount given without intention. The important thing is to participate and not let this opportunity pass you by. And if you can't donate much today, you can do something equally valuable: share this campaign with your family, your friends, your WhatsApp group, and anyone you know.
