Over 37 dead and hundreds of families left homeless

Assalamu alaikum,

The recent floods in Morocco, particularly in the region of Assfi, have left a devastating scene: submerged homes, emptied shops, goods swept away by water, destroyed warehouses, and more than 37 people dead.

Entire families have lost their homes, their warmth, and their food. The need is urgent and extreme.

What are we doing?

In coordination with local authorities and field organizations, we are launching this solidarity campaign with two key phases:

Phase 1: Emergency response

  • Winter clothing
  • Blankets and pillows
  • Food baskets

These items will be delivered directly to the most affected areas.

Phase 2: Reconstruction

We will provide direct financial assistance to:

  • Vulnerable families
  • Small destroyed businesses

The goal is to support the rebuilding of homes, livelihoods, and businesses.
