Help Fatima get the operation she needs to treat her multinodular goiter and relieve her burden with your generosity. Fatima, a 50-year-old woman with dependents, has always been humble and reluctant to ask for help. Originally from a village in the Atlas Mountains of Morocco, she has lived with the bare minimum, grateful to Allah for every small blessing.

Unfortunately, Fatima is facing difficulties due to a multinodular goiter that is significantly affecting her health. This condition can cause respiratory problems and, if left untreated, can lead to serious complications such as thyroid cancer. Surgery is the only definitive solution for her situation.
