Let's help Mohamed Ali continue his treatment

Created 14 October 2026 | Health | Zakat Eligible

Today, we are asking for your help and solidarity for Hasnu Mohamed Ali, a young man who is going through a difficult health situation and needs support to continue his medical treatment.

Following medical tests, a brain MRI showed signs compatible with left hippocampal sclerosis, a condition affecting an area of the brain called the hippocampus, which is related to memory and forms part of a region that can be involved in epilepsy.

This condition can be associated with epileptic seizures, which can manifest in different ways, such as convulsions, episodes of disconnection, or changes in consciousness. Every case is different and requires medical follow-up to assess its progression and adjust treatment when necessary.

Hasnu needs medication and regular medical check-ups to take care of his health. However, his parents are facing financial difficulties and, at times, they do not have sufficient resources to purchase all the medication he needs. No family should have to live with the anxiety of not knowing whether they will be able to afford their child's treatment.

Despite these difficulties, Hasnu remains under medical supervision and has upcoming appointments scheduled for October 30 and December 28, when specialists will continue assessing his health and the progress of his treatment.

That is why we are turning to your generosity. Any contribution, no matter how small, can help his family cover the cost of his medication and allow Hasnu to continue receiving the treatment he needs. If you are unable to contribute financially, sharing this campaign can also make a great difference.

In Islam, helping someone who is going through hardship is a beautiful form of solidarity and mercy. May Allah ﷻ reward everyone who contributes, shares this cause, or remembers Hasnu and his family in their du'as.

May Allah ﷻ grant Hasnu a speedy recovery, ease his parents' situation, and place barakah in every form of help they receive. Ameen.

Jazakum Allahu khayran for your time, generosity, and support.
