As-salamu alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh

Today, I appeal to your generosity to help Mohamed, a 56-year-old father facing a very serious medical condition.

For months, Mohamed has been suffering from a severe thrombosis of the portal vein (a blockage in the liver’s blood vessels), causing intense abdominal pain, swelling, vomiting blood (melena), weight loss, and extreme fatigue. After numerous medical tests at Mohammed VI University Hospital in Tangier, he was diagnosed with a thrombosed portal cavernoma, affecting his liver and digestive system.

Doctors have stated the urgent need for an endoscopic intervention to prevent severe complications such as internal bleeding or liver failure.

The surgery has already been proposed and must be performed as soon as possible. However, the hospital costs, procedures, and required treatments are high, and the family does not have the means to cover them in time.
