Today I come to you with my heart in my hands, trusting in the Ummah and the mercy of Allah ﷻ, to ask for help for our dear brother Hassan, who has been diagnosed with a large brain tumor in the sellar/suprasellar region, known as a craniopharyngioma.

Although benign, this tumor is extremely dangerous due to its critical location. It is pressing on vital areas of the brain, including:

  • 👁️ The optic nerve — Hassan has completely lost his vision.
  • 🧠 The brain ventricles — creating a severe risk of intracranial pressure.
  • 🩸 Vital nerves and blood vessels essential for survival.

📅 Since 2023, when a 4 cm mass was first detected, until August 2025, the tumor has grown to over 6 cm. His health is deteriorating rapidly, and his life is at risk.

What does he need?

Doctors have recommended an urgent neurosurgical operation, possibly followed by radiotherapy. This treatment is complex and extremely costly, far beyond the family's means.

Why do we need your help?

  • Medical and hospital expenses are very high.
  • Hassan's family does not have the financial means to cover the treatment.
  • Every donation, no matter how small, is a sadaqah jariyah and can make the difference between life and death.
