Help for Abba-Hamd Said

Brothers and sisters:

Today we turn to you to ask for help for our brother Abba-Hamd Said, a 62-year-old father living in Tangier, father of four children, who is going through one of the hardest trials of his life.

He was recently diagnosed with bladder cancer. After medical examinations, the doctors confirmed that he needed urgent surgery. With the help of relatives and loans, he managed to raise €8,000 to undergo the operation.

Alhamdulillah, the operation was carried out.
But now another struggle begins.

Abba-Hamd cannot work due to his health condition. He was the provider for his family. Today, in addition to recovering, he carries a debt he cannot repay and the responsibility of feeding and caring for his four children.

His family is humble and has no resources. Every day is a concern: medication, medical check-ups, basic household expenses, and the pressure of repaying the borrowed money.

Fisabilillah, we ask for your help to:

  • Cover part of the €8,000 debt for the surgery.
  • Pay for medication and medical follow-up.
  • Ensure food and basic necessities for his family during his recovery.
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:

"Whoever relieves a believer of hardship in this world, Allah will relieve him of one of the hardships on the Day of Judgment." (Muslim)

May Allah reward your generosity, heal our brother Abba-Hamd Said, grant him a complete recovery, and bless your wealth and your families.
