Mosque Expansion Project

Our mosque is a place where we pray, where our children learn Islam, and where the community gathers, especially during Ramadan. With the community growing, the current space is no longer sufficient.

Therefore, we have launched a mosque expansion project to improve the facilities and create a space more suitable for prayer, teaching, and community activities.

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “Whoever builds a mosque for Allah, Allah will build for him a house in Paradise.”
(Bukhari and Muslim)

The project is divided into three phases:

  • 1. Kitchen construction – 20,000 €
    Will allow preparing meals for iftar during Ramadan, community events, and charitable aid.
  • 2. Staircase to the first floor – 12,000 €
    Will provide safe access to the first floor for classes and prayer areas.
  • 3. Removal of the fiber cement roof and construction of a new floor – 60,000 €
    Main phase of the project, allowing a significant expansion of the mosque.

Total project cost: 92,000 €

Participating in this project is a sadaqa jariya, a continuous charity whose reward continues as long as people pray and learn in the mosque.
